Better Late Than Never. BBC, Radio And TV, News**                 14 Feb 2007

**** Are Beginning To Catch Up With Events, Dear Boy.

Excrement and Fan come to mind whenever a Politician opens his or her mouth just at the moment. Westminster is closed because the poor dears need a rest. (Well they talk a lot of nonsense and you cannot believe one word they say.) The Reports being published during recession, and there seems to be one or two each day, give the lie to all that this Government have claimed. Children out of Poverty. None. Education, Education, Education. They now want to teach children Urdu, the language of Pakistan and Mandarin Chinese. Will anyone be able to tell the three languages apart? And wouldn't it be a much better idea to teach the little Darlings how to Read and Write and Simple Arithmetic. Speech lessons ? Of course, I think all teachers should attend.

I have no wish to offend you, BUT. IT IS TIME YOU SILLY BLOODY EMPLOYERS, AND YOU SILLY BLOODY EMPLOYEES, put a stop to all this nonsense coming out of Westminster and Whitehall. TAKE YOUR ***** MONEY AWAY FROM THEM. **** **

You have read of, or heard of, Accountants and Advisers who specialise in Tax Avoidance. Well I'm not an Accountant and neither am I an Adviser. But at the age of 72, I do know my way around the Tax Advice Unit, at the Treasury, (sadly now closed down,) and I have "Friends" at the old Inland Revenue. HMRC, are an excuse for Tax Collection. The old Income Tax Inspector said when the change took place, "All that time and money wasted, and it wont raise a single penny extra in Tax." In stead, Gordon has come up with a raft of "New" Taxes.

And much of it on the Employers costs. Almost the entire Manufacturing base of the Country has now been lost because of Rules, Regulations and Costs. I believe I saw a figure of just Three Million people now employed in manufacture. What I propose will remove most of those costs. In fact All of the Obligatory costs, charges and Taxes will come to an end. This system will allow you to choose your areas of expenditure.

My answer is to tell you, if only you will listen: that if you change the way you the Employee, and your Employer agree to the way you Work and the Way you are paid, you, the Employee will never have to pay Direct Taxation, to Central Government again. You Will have to pay some Tax. My suggestion is that it should be NO more than 10 pence in the £Pound on all money over £300 or £400 each week. I will show you how to set it up and how to make it fool proof and Entirely Legal.

To start with, I shall want Ten Volunteers to help set this up in their spare time. And as I'm not very mobile, the location will have to be in South Norfolk.

The Finances are available so that you are able to access your money without any illegal activity and there is nothing the Government can do to stop you.

I have made only one hard and fast Rule. It is in the interest of all Taxpayers to know what this is going to cost, and it is my view that a one off charge, paid out of the overall Taxation, will be a constant 50 pence each week, per person, no more and no less.

"Education and the Massive Bonuses Paid Out in the City of London Last December."

Starting with the bonus money. I think Boris was taking the "juice". It couldn't be that a Politician does not know, that a massive amount of Taxpayers Money is being Paid out to Businesses that work for the Government as Advisers, Consultants IT, Experts and Publicity Merchants. These are just some of the people this Government need to try and keep the show on the road. And the cost, My Dear old Taxpayers, has been a Staggering Seventy Billion Pounds of your money. Bonuses? What Bonus?

To put a stop to it, just contact me and we can make a start, removing the power of Direct Taxation, from these wasters, after that we should think about THEIR Pensions. (Let me know your thoughts.)

Human Rights, Sovereignty and Taxation. That is about all the Tag Line will allow.

But I was sitting here, it being Sunday, and I was thinking about the Power of Democratic Politicians. ( I know, but at my age, it's a bit like George Burns. He told a joke on a birthday, about the eightieth, as I remember. "Why , of course I enjoy sex. We have sex nearly every night of the week. Nearly on Monday. Nearly on Tuesday,*******.") And when you consider what George Burns said, and think of what most Politicians are trying to do to you, there is a certain similarity.

Every four or five years, there is a general election. There are Rules and Regulations governing the process, and the Law of the Land oversee that process. We have now come to a point where the actual voting has become a bit of a Fraud. The Banana Republic Syndrome and our City Business has really only one purpose. With the Governments faith in the "Hand of History" or was it the hand of God?. Gordon has gone merrily on his way Printing Billions of Pounds Sterling to spread around amongst the Immigrants and others. Expanding the Economy. As when the offers of Bank loans and "give away" Credit Cards, hit the Doormat with the Post on a morning. And so, now we could be looking at the "Reckoning".

With all this money sloshing about, even though Billions of it are being sent home to India, Pakistan, Philippines and other Countries, the Government says the amount is £90 Billions, and!!!!!!

Well the short answer is, that the only use for all this surplus money is to buy up property, businesses, agricultural land and any buildings. Marks? Sainsburys? British Airways? The Labour Party? The Conservative Party? Anything thats going really. But you must remember, "Inflation" is only about 3%, according to Gordon.

Over the last year to eighteen months, I have taken the trouble to listen to what many of our elected, retired and wannabe, Members of Parliament have had to say about my Democracy, and yours of course.

There seems to be a great deal of scepticism to the point that even the Media reporters, always an easy ride for Politics, now habitually question the direction and future of Politics and Policy. Because there dosen't seem to be any Policy. There is no Plan. We are stuck in a siding without any Journey Planned. It seems to be a case of, "Events Dear Boy, Events".

There is only one answer to this Bloody Nonsense, and that is to, Remove the Power to Levy Direct Taxation, from the Duties of Westminster and the Elected Members. After Direct Taxation, it will be an easy enough task, to construct a simple "One Off" rate of income tax. All other Taxation will have to be studied and then justified. There will be only ONE sustem of Taxation. Yes, there will be exemptions but there will never be anything but a single Tax Collected. Never again will it be, "How much can we spend?" It will be, "What you, the Taxpayer, are prepared to allow them."

That will have to do for now, but there is another stage or so to pass through before the Voters and the Direct Taxpayers can be sure that Public Revenue is in their control and the Political Process has been brought to Heel.

The Road To Hell Is Paved With Promises.                  26 Feb 07

And just like the virgin, who awaits perfection, once you get there, all that is left is broken sticks. ( Or have I got that wrong? Isn't it, "The Road to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions".) I was just remembering some of the old sayings my Mother used to come out with years ago.
What it amounts to I suppose is that Promises, like Piecrusts, are meant to be broken. Thats why Politicians use them on a daily basis.

Yesterday I made some comments on the Private Equity Investers, activity. I have touched on the subject before. There is a good deal being written and broadcast about the Gigantic Profit being made and the enormous bonuses being paid.

But there is another side of the story that is not being told. And it should make anyone with a Private Pension jump up and down with anger when they find out how they are being cheated or very badly served by their fund managers.

This is how the System works. Once the Company is sold off to the venture Funds, it is in effect then owned by an off-shore company or business. The Directors and Managers in the UK, are then paid off-shore. It can be their entire remuneration or just part, so that their Tax Free allowance can be taken on a monthly basis for running costs.

Then, come the end of the financial year, and the off-shore Owners, await the end of year financial statement. Once the profit is known and declared, the Off-Shore Owner then submits an invoice for that Profit, in part or the entire Profit. It can be for Rental Costs, Hire Costs or any number of spurious reasons. But I can assure you, the Profit ends up Off-Shore and Tax Free.

The other point of this is the fact that in the first instance, the Investment money "Could" have come from Private Pension Funds. At one time, only a few years ago, 2002/3, there was Eight Hundred Thousand Million Pounds Sterling, in Pension Funds. Since then, that figure has shrunk to about Four or Five Hundred Million. And yet, the future Pensioners could have been, or should have been, receiving at least a share of the Profit from the Venture Investment.

My intention is to make sure that people like Peter Hain MP, is in no position to enable those Investers to take advantage of the System in order to profit unfairly at the expense of others. When it comes to Money, Taxation or Pensions, the system is the same for all.

You, the Taxpayers, can put an end to this sort of thing at any time you choose. Just say the word, and it is possible to remove all Power over Taxation out of the hands of Parliament. Do you know, it costs about £20 Billion each year, just to open all the doors of Westminster and Whitehall every morning and pay the Staff. And then the MPs. £20 Billion. If you were to take the route I suggest, I worked it out that you, paying a one off Flat Tax, collected by an Agent on a weekly, monthly or even yearly basis, would cost everyone of you £26. a year, finish. Thats the way to cut costs and streamline the System.

29. Million Taxpayers. 22 working in the Private sector. 7 Million Government and Local authority workers. £572million a year, to
gather up all the Private Sector Employees Taxation. How much does it cost to collect the Income Tax and any other Direct Taxation?

Westminster, How It Has Stolen Our Democracy.                  27 Feb 07

I was watching the TV, news Sunday morning, the EU, programme. It stated that 84% of all Gt. Britain's Legislation is enacted by Brussels. We, in the UK, now only impliment the directives as ordered by The European Union.

Why do we, or at least the Taxpayers, submit and hand over their money to a bunch of lying frauds at the Treasury and Downing Street as if we were a Sovereign Nation, in control of our own affairs?

There are these Postings I have here, and then others that do get some visits and comments. Here on the BBC, Action Network, it is a bit like a Grave Yard. I know that Google has this site and the Action Network at the top of their search engine for one or two things, but the local interest is wanting. Anyway try these:-

A Reject Post From "Shout 99"                     05 March 07

On Saturday, I took the trouble to put together a posting for the Web site, -: http://www.shout99.com it is supposed to be an information centre for the benefit of small contractors of all trades. Just the type of hard working Taxpayers who need all the help they can get when keeping down costs and expenses. I suppose my remedy might have reduced costs for the contractors, but accountants, advisors and consultants would have their income affected as well.

This was to be the contribution to the cause of the Taxpayer.

Public Finances and Destructive Taxation.

Today, it is perfectly legal and possible for all payers of Direct Taxation to avoid paying any Taxation to Central Government. The only obligation you are obliged to pay is the Local Council Tax.

It is a very simple manoeuvre to register your working activities off-shore and by-pass HMRC, just as so many other people do. Is it Philip Green, who transferred some two or three Billion Pounds out of the Country, free of Taxation? Don't get me wrong, I do not object, I just want to make the same "concessions" available to one and all.

I have made arrangements so that any off-shore funds you might accumulate, can be accessed and used to pay any bills, and cash is always available. Even using a Bank or an ATM without breaking any Law.

I am not suggesting that you stop paying Taxation, just that you, the poor Bloody Taxpayer now have your say. Let Them Know How Much You Will Let Them Have.

This is not a commercial venture. I am 72 years old. I have seen it all before. Or at least I thought I had until this lot of pathetic excuses came along. Quite a large number of people think, and are even saying, that Westminster is now just a bunch of hangers-on. Only a small group of people actually run the Country, decide Policy, frame the rules, regulations and the enactment of EU, directives. And some, if not most, of these people are Business people. The Money Men who pay for the Labour Party Finances or at least a great deal of it. Parliamentary Democracy it ain't.

Only yesterday morning, Tony Benn, David Owen and Roy Hattersley were on GMTV, The Sunday Programme, with Steve Richards, talking about the the years 1964 to 1979. I remember it well. 1969 I was on the Seaquest, well it might have been 1970, but I was onboard for the flow tests. And one of the Aberdeen Papers has my photograph in its Archives, sadly, I do not remember the Scotish MPs name. Even so, the Politicians and the Politics had some arse then. You knew the difference between the honest Politics and the dishonest Politics. Today you can't tell the difference. Is that because it all looks the same, or is it because today it is all the same?

I've gone astray a little bit here, the last two paragraphs have crept in, so now I have to return to the script.

If you take the trouble to examine our Legislature, then, Westminster and then Whitehall you will find that the real power over the people in this Country is in the hands of only a few people. Benn Owen and Hattersley, agreed that matters of Department Administration, spending and control, are now conducted at 10 Downing Street by Blair and a bunch of "cronies". The Chamber at the House of Commons is nothing more than a Wednesday meeting place for the purpose of making fools of each other. The whole process is utterly Shameful. As are those taking part.

Now, all you Employers and all you Employees, make the simple changes needed, and abandon Income and other Direct Taxation. Say Good Night to Inheritance Tax, Value Added Tax, Stamp Duty and any other Tax you deem imoral.

Start a new simple method that a five year old can understand. A simple one off 10% Tax on all earned Income, above £400 each week.

I can show you where and how you can cut Billions and Billions of £Pounds out of Government spending without hurting any Taxpayer at all, and that includes all state Pensions. I am not saying State Employment Pensions.

If you are prepared to listen, I can get you off the Taxpayers hook. And between you, or at least some of you, a Welfare Society can be constructed, for Taxpayers. So, lets be 'aving you then. get in touch. Those that are able, will be in charge and those that are watching will have a place on a committee to voice an opinion.

The Daily Politics. But not as the BBC, Present It               07 March 07

A normal day for me, starts at 0400 hrs. or a few minutes either way. Today was no different. Except for PMQs and the Pantomime in the Chamber.

There was Blair, at the Dispatch Box waffling on about the jobs he has created and saying there has never been so many people working as now. I believe the last figure I saw was 29 million Taxpayers. Seven or eight million of those Taxpayers, work for the Government or Local Authority. And again, IT Experts, Consultants, Accountants and Advisers, also work in all Departments across the whole Administration, probably another million at the very least. So it could be that one way or another, as many as ten million Taxpayers could be working for the other Nineteen million.

I have a report, it's Working Paper no. 218. It is published by the Bank of England, dated, 2004. That, along with other inactive working aged Benefit claimants, have now reached some Five Million people. And I believe the cost to be in the region of £52 Billion at the very least. And that is only about one third of the Welfare budget.

Just think, Income and other Direct Taxation, that is the money they take out of your Pay-packet or Pay Cheque, makes up almost half of Government Revenue, that's half of nearly £600 Billion.

Another thing about today's Politics, John Reid, Home Secretary. I have by me now, a letter dated 25th. March 1999. It was sent to me by K G Stringer, from, Future Business Security, Room GW53,

FBS, was a security department of the DSS. Its purpose was to monitor and account for Entry Visa's and other Official Papers. David Blunkett closed it down. But in 1999, Kevin Stringer had perfectly adequate suggestions for control of immigrants coming into the Country, and control of immigrant to locate them at a permanent address to control access to Benefit Payments. We had spent time on this, our own time. But the senior Civil Servants and, I was told, the Politicians turned it down saying it was "Politically Sensitive" and the correspondence was sent to the Fraud Strategy Branch, DSS Headquarters, The Adelphi Building, 1-11 John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6HT. Room 642, Mr. Devereux.

At this time I was corresponding with the Treasury as well. And somewhere, I have Treasury Command Papers that one or two of the Treasury Hands were good enough to provide me with. One set is the EU Budget Contributions and the fact that payments are spread over the year at twenty four instalments, paid on the 1st. of the month, and again on the 19th. of the month. The Budget is set on the 31st. of December every year and the figures announced. The Published Papers are produced in June or July. This is to allow for adjustments without informing the Taxpayer. Twice every month the Finances of the European Union Can be increased or mucked about with and no-one is the wiser except the handful of Treasury and Bank of England officials. It's a stitch up, you are being robbed. Have a look at the Agricultural Sugar Payments, they are settled in December '06 and the Payment is not made until October or November '07. (I know, these payments stopped a few years ago.) The point is, tonnage, sugar content and market price, will not be known until the Beet is processed. It is the same with "Rebates" money is not handed over, just the figures are altered. The payment stays the same whatever the Treasury or Brussels announces. Some years ago, about seven or eight, Norman Tebbit, Lord Tebbit, made a remark in the House of Lords that one month, an additional £700 Million had to be paid to Brussels. About the only News Paper to print the story was the Daily Mail. And no, I do not remember the details, but they are on record.

Over time all these things mount up and you can recognise when truth is missing from a Politicians statement. And the only way that Blair and his gang of bullies have survived so long is that, with notable exceptions, the standard of our Members of Parliament is so bad they must have been educated at Alistair Campbell's "Bog Standard Schools".

I'll leave you to think over the fact that it is Taxpayers money these Ignorant, Useless, Clowns are so keen to throw around just to please the voters, and are even now, going to purloin as each party tries to pick up votes. Once you strip out the "Fraudulent Votes", only about 50% of the voters turned out in 2005. That would have been 17 million or so. After April the book should be open on the next PM.
Enough for now, the Lords vote is in, it means nothing Blair will just shrug and move on. Democracy it ain't. Good night happy Voters, it's sweet dreams or nightmares, take your pick. Regards, ATF.

Westminster, the New USSR. Programs for 2050                14 March 07

If it wasn't so pathetic they might be dangerous. That stupid bloody lot at Westminster and Whitehall. Reduce CO2 by 60% by the year 2050. About 75% of the world population today, will have died of old age by then and in the meantime targets will have shifted.
Oh! yes, one thing I forgot. The Politicians have now got an Almost plausible excuse to up the rate of Taxation at any time they like saying, "its the CO2 yrknow". And once again Blair and his "gang" have screwed the Taxpayers.
Still he's been doing it now for ten bloody years, it must have become a habit.
I have posted another notice on "Shout99", asking for Contractors, Employers and Employees to form a group big enough to support a committee and form an Agency able to take advantage of the Tax Concessions available to the likes of Richard Branson (and his Taxpayers subsidy of about £1 Billion for West Coast Rail) and the non-Taxpayer supported, Sir Philip Green.
I intend to put together a system based on their method of Tax Avoidance. There are endless numbers of "experts" telling the Taxpayer that, "you can't just avoid Taxation, you must pay it." Well I'm telling you, either they are telling lies, or they are not very good at their job. Their knowledge of the Taxation Laws are not up to scratch either.

Crystal-Gazing into 2050. And All That.                 16 March 07

I'm not sure if I have mentioned it, but from the early 1960s, I worked most of the time for service companies contracted to the off-shore Oil Exploitation Industry. This lasted to the end of the 1970s.

I do not pretend to know what the American policy is on Oil Reserves, but I know what it used to be. And it is my belief that now , 2007 we are looking at the end of the internal combustion engine as we know it. Allowing for all contingencies, if there are no new oil reserves discovered in the next two, three, years, by 2020 private car ownership on a free for all basis will have stopped. Freight Haulage will return to the Railway, And Goods Trains of a mile or more long, will once again provide the night traffic, and the whistles will sound at Brookwood about twelve 'o clock every night except Sunday.

So, by 2020, Oil or what is left of it will be a "strategic weapon". And apart from Politicians, only the Armed Forces, entitled to possess and use it.

Anyone’s guess is as good as mine, so have a go. But remember, there will be a priority group, who will come first. Politicians will be at the very top of that group. And where will that leave the "Congestion Charge"? I suppose it will have to be re-named the "De-congestion Charge". What a laugh. Apart from that, Tesco out of town shopping will become a thing of the past. Food, the staple of life itself, will once again become a local problem. Now that we in Britain have abandoned Farming. There is going to be some very hungry people about, keep an eye on your pets.

Another thing I have thought about over the last year or two. Carbide.
An inorganic compound of carbon. But this, I believe, is the substance, the basic compound from which Acetylene is manufactured. I wondered if the process of manufacture could be tailored to produce a prime mover fuel for a type of transport. Ironic if another carbon compound replaced a carboniferous crude oil. One of the basics of life, I still remember from my school day's, "You can never destroy energy, you can only alter it." Whatever happens, whatever fuel you use to replace oil, you will have a residue a deposit will remain. I wonder what the poison will be?

On the first of January 2006, and again, 2007, I posted my idea of the change I expected to take place over the next twelve months. The 2006 subject was Price increases for Electricity, Gas and Oil. That price rise has started, but is only halfway yet. This year, 2007, I expect serious trouble in the Economy, starting 1st, April.

There is far too much money sloshing about. Some people have syphoned off Billions of £Pounds, nothing illegal, but it has been amassed by a small section of society and it is causing problems. The fault is the responsibility of Gordon Brown and the Government. Then again, it is also happening across Europe to some extent, and it is now a problem in other parts of the world. China has far too much money to use in a proper and controlled way. Things are getting out of hand there. India, with its 400 million destitute population is also a problem. Some years ago, in the early seventies, I lived and worked there for a short time. A marvellous place, but so unfair, even unjust. It is enough to bring tears to your eyes.

In conclusion, what is the sum of this ramble through the undergrowth?

For the most part there is not that much wrong with the Human Race.
If nothing is done soon, very soon, all the troubles over the next fifty or seventy five years, will be caused by half arsed Politicians. In my case, the Principal Enemy of the people is Westminster and Whitehall.

About a year ago, I complained about the BBC News insisting that Civil Servants identities had been stolen and Tax Credits had also been stolen to fit in with this theft. I complained the Inland Revenue and the BBC, was talking a load of rubbish. There is No money to be made from Tax Credits. Give them best, the BBC sent me part of a confession by David Varney, Revenue Chairman. The confession said that "Staff at the Revenue Office had in fact stolen £13 Million. In addition to that confession, the NAO is or was, investigating the fact that some £400 or £500 Million of paid Taxation, cash in fact, is unaccounted for. Some few years ago, 2000/2003, the NAO, could not account for some £12 Billion of DSS money and a report was sent to the Commons committee who is supposed to deal with this problem. The committee duly, but not in a proper manner, reduced the missing sum to £8 Billion. This is, or was at the time, a record placed in the House of Commons Library. March 21st. Budget Day. And Now The End Is Nigh.                21 March 07

In December 2005, the average household heating cost was £361 a year. Yesterday, the average cost was published and has risen to £814. The figures were in the Daily Mail.

On the 1st January 2006, I posted a notice here on Action Network, saying that I expected the heating cost to rise by some 25%. Again, I posted a notice on 1st. January this year, saying that I expect that the Economy begins to unwind and collapse from the 1st. of April this year

By the end of this year the effect of printing all that money is going to hit the retail price index. And there is one other thing. The result of the stupid Agriculture Policy is going to create a shortage of foodstuff in the UK shops and to some extent, across Europe. For the first time, with this country at peace with the world, there is a very good chance we will have rationing, come next Christmas.

Today, the Gay Gordon waffled on about how good he is at almost everything, while presenting his budget, with not a word about his Massive Debt. I mean the Off-Book PFI debt, now in the region of a mind boggling "£2000 Billion."
Don't laugh, I have a copy of one PFI contract that starts with a price of £129 Million. To date, you, the soft silly, simple even, Taxpayers, have already paid out in hard cash, £345 Million. Now, the Hospital was handed over to the DoH, in 2001, it was refinanced in 2005. And again in 2006, yet another £116 Million was paid. The contract has always been stated as a thirty year contract. The copy I have states that the contract runs until 2061 and even then, is open ended. The running cost, or to give it its correct name, Ground Rent, is £37.6 Million per annum. So when you add it all together, the Hospital, when paid for in 2061, will have cost you bloody dreamy Taxpayers at least £2500 Million. There are now some hundreds of contracts like this, even Railway Rolling Stock rentals, costing this sort of money. Your Money. You can't keep on printing money and expect, or rely on immigrant and asylum seekers to take up the slack and remit this "spare" cash out of the Country. Democracy it ain't. Sovereignty? Forget it. This is New Labour Chaos and Confusion.

ANOTHER BUDGET, ANOTHER PANTOMIME.
IS THIS THE FINAL NAIL IN WESTMINSTER’S COFFIN.

Tell me we have seen the last budget statement in the House of Commons. Please.

The Yahoo antic's of MPs, would be embarrassing in any child’s kindergarten. Grown men and women, all acting as if they need their "nappies" changed. And like a babies nappies, they were all full of it, just like a babies nappy.

In the last few days, I have been spending my time on the "shout99" web site where contractors exchange opinions and views. These are the MSC, and other small business groups, Sole traders and the like. And as you might expect, they are none to happy with this lot at Westminster and Whitehall.

A couple have e-mailed me to ask for details of registering off-shore and Banking off-shore. I see no reason why anyone should give any more money to those Buffoons at Westminster. Start your own County Council system of Taxation. There is No Legal reason to stop you from telling Westminster What You are going to pay. It is no longer a case of what They Demand. It Is What You Agree To Pay.

A one- off Tax Payment of just 10% on all income over £400 each week. All services to be supplied and paid for on a local basis. And in particular, Education is no longer to be a Compulsory requirement. If children play up and are excluded from school, they have one chance. If their parents cannot control them, what chance has any teacher. Exclude them.

What I am looking for now, is one or two Companies, with a biggish work- force who want to change the way Government control their every working moment. Even regulating how long a worker can take when using the Lavatory. What Bloody Nonsense.

This is your Country, you can change the system, just as this Government wants to change the House of Lords. And has destroyed our Sovereign Parliamentary Democracy. Changes that I never voted for. Did you?

By all means carry on with Westminster, just take the money away from them, pay each Member at a local level, the amount to be paid, set by the Electorate.

While thinking about that last paragraph, paying MPs, I had this picture of the Prime Minister and Members of Parliament, concocting "Policy" and then having to ask the Taxpayers to approve and Pay for it before it could be adopted. Sublime. (and I mean of moral value.)

While I still have that picture of Politicians "begging" for approval, I think I call it a day. I have just spent the last couple of days browsing the Daily Mail and the Telegraph. What a load of rubbish.

Today, John Redwood MP, had a very good article on page 8. of the Telegraph. I posted a comment but the Telegraph rejected it. As they rejected two comments I posted yesterday.

These are the very People, who accuse the BBC, of being "Biased". I am not quite sure what they call their practice.

(As I write this, my thoughts are drifting away, into a time of innocence. When Politics where a background noise, the distant sound of an Engine Purring gently away. Dependable, reliable, always there and always a comfort.) Another thought-:
Raindrops on Roses and whiskers on kittens. Bright copper kettles and warm woollen mittens. Brown paper packages tied up with string. These are a few of my favourite things.

When you think of those words, then think of, "New Labour", Cool Britannia, only then do you begin to realise what this bunch of Deadheads have done to this Country. I Know. John Major had a hand in it, he gave this lot of Rubbish a good start.

But it didn't have to be that way. Me, a convicted Conservative voter all my bloody life, in 1997 I didn't cast a vote. My pathetic protest. And I will not cast a vote at the next Election.

What have these last Seventeen years destroyed, where are those happy moments when you saw a child skipping along in total innocence and without a care. Gone are those days of devil -may-care confidence in our "Leaders" and our Parliamentary Democracy.

Now, today, you need to count the postage stamps, and make sure they haven't stolen the sticky stuff off the back of them.

As in the old Cowboy Films of long, long ago. I, and I'm sure many more like me, keep looking over our shoulder, to see if the Cavalry are coming over the hill.

Well folks, You, are now the only Cavalry left. So mount up and lets be at that awful bloody lot at Westminster, join me in building a new system of Taxation. Take you Money away from these wasters. Set up a Welfare Society. A System that you, the Taxpayers Control.

I've just made a cup of tea, and it occurred to me as I added the milk, that not long ago, four years give or take a bit. There used to be 2000 Dairy Farms in East Anglia, or this part of it. Norfolk, Suffolk, part of Cambridge, part of Essex. 2000. Now, today, with the helping hand of Brussels and the connivance of our Glorious Leaders, that 2000 is down to less, LESS, than 200. Progress.

We are intent on destroying Agriculture in this Country. But think on. At the moment, there are more than Six Billion people in the world. Only Four Billion of them can afford to buy enough food to survive, Oil is on the edge of Rationing. There is NO more to be found. By the look of it, and I spent 18 years working in Off-Shore Exploration. There is a part of the Sulu Sea and the South China Sea. I spent time there with Texas Oil and Gas, in the 1970s, but it was a rush job.

Food is going to be in very short supply in a year or two, the world has about two Billion more people than it can comfortably feed and nurture. Somethings got to give. Global Warming is a blind. A fraud. Climate Change it is. Natural and will continue. Tomorrow we will be back on track with the weather and the Four Seasons.

But we have an adjustment to consider. Nature will take its course and we must accept it. We do not need "Experts", employed by this or any other Government to advise Nature, the Reckoning will be a Biblical Affair. So be it.

The Scales Drop From My Eyes          01 June 2007

Until now I had thought that Action Network was an independent part of that garbage called BBC, Broadcast.

I am disappointed. I e-mailed, "The Politics Show." I e-mailed Action Network. Nothing. I telephone, "The Politics Show". Nothing. I telephone the, "Politics Show", Norwich. Nothing. They are just not interested.

I have now withdrawn my contribution to "Action Network" and will go elsewere. The BBC, has lost all credibility in my opinion and is not worth more than a puff of a stale cigarette smoke.

The Title should be, "How is it Possible, To Confuse All Of The People So Much Of The Times, And Get Away With It All Of The Time.

We live in a world of mirrors and make believe. A world of tomorrows where nothing is real. Today it is called Globalisation. One Government. One Law. One Taxation. Is that what you want???

In 1950, when I was fifteen years old, I thought that a World Government would be a good idea. It was only after I had sailed around the world and seen the difference that I began to grow up. And only now at the age of 72, I can say your or at least, Globalisation as a ,concept is distorted and of benefit only to the now, Corrupted concept of Sovereignty or Democracy..

A world Government, that is what the Money wants. Why? Because they are threatened. The Money today, is nothing like the Money of yesterday. Then it was used to protect "THE MONEY AND ALL THAT LIVED BY IT". It had value based on Gold. Today it is not much more than Bum Paper. Do you understand that principal? You help protect the Money, and the Money protects you. . It has always worked. But then money had value, the Gold Standard was the value. Even today your paper notes, carry the legend, "I Promise to Pay The Bearer On Demand The Due Sum Of". I could go on along this thread, but it has no end. This promise went out of the door along with "Sovereignty".

Today, printing money and getting it into circulation by encouraging people to borrow at a rate of interest manipulated by the State, in the interest of the Politics of the day, is a total fraud.

But let us consider a totally different approach to the Financial Funding of the Public Sector. As we have come to know it.

Ask yourself a few questions, do we need this or that. Do we need two people who collect £6.5 Billion, as published in the Sunday Times "Rich List" ? Money paid out by the NHS. That is your money paid to the Government as Taxation. I won't go into the nonsense of why it is paid. It is like so much of the waste and fraud that goes on across all Government Departments. I even have a copy of part of the Confession by David Varney, Chairman of the Inland Revenue, at the time, in which he addmits that his Revenue Staff, actually "steal" £13 Million, of Taxpayers Money. What more can one say????
The confession was supplied to me by the BBC. It arrived by post.

I have spent about fifteen years going over and over this and looking for a way to by-pass Westminster and Whitehall. And now I am convinced that "You. the ordinary people", the little people can stand tall and tell these *******s at Westminster to go home and have a long sleep.

PART TWO

The Answer To The Problem

I have approached a Local Parish Council, and asked for permission to broach the subject of Direct Taxation.

What I want to achieve, is a state of Government where the Taxpayers have control of Taxation. Where, for the first time in history, the member of society who pays the Tax, is the member of society who has the absolute say on How Much Taxation Is Paid. And in my opinion, the Parish Council, the lowest Elected body in the Land, is the place to start. The next meeting is June the 12th. 1930hrs.

No longer will it be a case of what the Government wants to spend, it will be the Taxpayer who tells the Government "How Much" it can spend. End of story.

It is Legal, and it is Feasible, for the working Taxpayers of this Country, to get off your arses and Demand your rights. By the Law of the Land and by the Law of GOD, this is your money and yours to spend. Taxes you will have to pay. But never again let *******s of Politicians tell you what you must spend.

If you will stand by me, and stand by your elected Parish Councils you, we, can take control of the day-to-day administration of our Land. Are You With Me You Miserable Lot Of Sods?????

I have asked the BBC for help and advice that is Action Network. I think they all had a day off then. Answer was there none.

Primitive Politics and Daylight Robbery of Politic          19 June 2007

Our Sovereignty, as with Our Money, has Fallen Prey to Avaricious Politics and Politicians.

As primitive as Highway Robbery. You can almost hear them shout the demand, "Stand and Deliver".

Elsewhere, I have posted an item on a meeting that took place on the twelfth of June. I attended a Parish Council meeting and at the end, I suggested it might be a good idea if the Parish examined the possibility of taking on the job of collecting the Local Taxation.

I did have a few Booklets printed, A4 size and containing 100 Pages. Just my thoughts and then about eighty or ninety letters from across the Political Elite, the Business Barons and a number of Professors and other learned people.

You see, if people have had enough of this stupid way of funding a Welfare State, there is not a thing Westminster and Whitehall could do to stop you making other arrangements. And constructing your own Welfare Society. But of course, you have to pay your "green fees".

As things stand, refugees are turning up by the Million, (According to BBC Voting figures, 12 Million in six years. Check them out. 39 Million voters on June the 3rd.) Brendan Barber, of the TUC, thinks this helps the economy. Let me point out to Mr. bloody Barber. While the refugee's went up by two million a year, Taxpayers or rather working Taxpayers, increased by just ONE million in six years. That's Good For The Economy? Get real man.

If you were to settle for a Parish Council system of Tax and Spend, there is absolutely no reason why three or four Parishes or even ten, could not work together if that is what they wanted and agreed. Just imagine, 43 English Counties, now imagine a Parliament of just 172 MPs. Income Tax would be only Pennies.

Oh yes, one other cardinal point. In at least half the cases I have "Glanced" at, half of the European Union would be able to abandon Brussels as well. ( Has Spain sold any more of its Gold Reserves lately?)

Stand back and look at the mess the last ten years has left on every part of this "green and pleasant land". The Aegean Stables could take lessons from Westminster and Brussels.

Action Network must be a Foreign Country.        20 June 2007

The rest of the title should have been, the on-line Business section, have an extensive report by Julian Knight, "Why has tax amnesty fallen flat?"

The Business Section has no idea that, what the Treasury and HMRC, are trying to do is not Legally Enforceable. It is as simple as that. All they had to do was check with Action Network and then asked the Treasury. Check the validity of any "Holding Company" and the practice of "our-sourcing". People at the Treasury explained it to me at least eight years ago. And there is no way any Government can extend its Legal Authority beyond its Jurisdiction.

I should think there are and will be quite a lot of po-faced people walking about until the weekend at least. Relieved at the empty space left by poor old Bernard Manning now he has dropped off the perch. And apart from one or two good old-uns, the only real Comedians left are all in Westminster and Whitehall.

And like most of the "new" generation of show business they are the only ones who laugh at their jokes. Politicians, across all parties, keep cracking the same old chestnut, "all this Taxation is good for you". Lord Tebbit was on TV, the other Saturday morning, he suggested that Gordon Brown "thinks he can spend the money in my wallet better than I can".

The only joke is the fact that the Taxpayer puts up with them. Politicians I mean, they are nothing more than very expensive Comedians.
Why all the Accountants and Auditors, the Consultants, Tax Consultants and others, keep on saying that you can't Avoid Taxation like this is because: If you do go down my road, most of these Advisers, will see their ability to maintain their life style curtailed. You will no longer require as much of their very expensive Advice. That means more money in your pocket. And much less to pay in Taxation. Regards, ATFlynn.

The BBC on-line news has another story about Taxation.
I don't know the details, but if the money Banked Off-Shore is paid to the owner, off-shore, then there is no reason for the owner to remit that money to the UK. And if that is the case, then there is not one penny of Tax to be paid.
The BBC seems to have boxes and boxes of "advisers" and experts and all of them say that you must bring this money back to the UK, within the jurisdiction of HMRC. so that Gordon can get his half, well almost half.
What is wrong with a great many "Experts", is the fact that part of the time,they are or have been , advisors or consultants to government Departments, the Treasury (they stick to the Treasury like a bad smell.) Most of them, to some extent have, or are, still being paid by the Taxpayer one way or another.
At least half of Arthur Andersen's London Staff are or were, working for this government. Geoffrey Robinson MP the first of Blairs PMG's knows all about Arthur Anderson and consultants. It was Robinson and four others, I can name them, who put together Gordon Browns fiscal policies in 1997, or at least had much of the input. Is it any wonder that the word "Enron" is still so alive in London? Remember when Robinson worked for Maxwell? And wouldn't Helena Kennedy know about that?
I'm not suggesting anything except an association. As with Liam Byrne and Patricia Hewitt. All of this Consultant nonsense has now cost the Taxpayer an enormous amount of money. According to some, £70 Billion and counting.

Well folks, it doesn't have to be like that. Eight days ago, I put a suggestion to the Local Parish Council, that the Parish was the place to start when it comes to collecting Taxation. Why let the big boys have all the fun. If you do as I have indicated at the beginning of this piece, you, the "Ordinary" people, can set up and administer your own Public Service System. Re-Construct your own Local economy.
Imagine what you can do about all those 650 MPs at Westminster, those MPs who wrecked Hundreds of Thousands of Private Pensions and ruined a Million Retirements at least. This could be Pay-Back time.
I can almost hear what all those Accountants are going to say, all those Auditors. All those £Million pound Civil Service Pensioners.

Residents and Non-residents. Liability to Tax             22 June 2007

In the United Kingdom.
I don't remember these rules being changed. Do you? That is the rules relating to the Title above.

It seems to me that many of these "consultants" who are advising all Taxpayers, that they Must pay this Tax, are deliberately avoiding the other side of the "coin".

Barclays Bank was told, all of these accountants, and I have their answers, were also told. That money banked Off-Shore, is NOT liable to Taxation. If these people who are now having to pay Tax when they thought they had avoided the trap, now know how unreliable Consultants and Accountants can be. Even the Biggest of them. Never trust another "Expert".

What I have now decided is that the Parish Council is a more reliable, far more reliable, guardian of the Taxpayers money than Accountants or Politicians or Civil Servants. It would seem, again, that all that Money, Taxpayers Money, Richard Bacon MP thinks it is £30 Billion, David Craig, thinks it is £70 Billon and David Craig provides links to his evidence. However much it is, every penny of it is Taxpayers money and it is being paid to all these Accountants Consultants Advisors and "Experts", and it has bloody well got to stop.
And do you know, you poor bloody Tax slaves, you are the only ones with the ability to stop this Treachery, this dishonest, unstable and worn-out Parliamentary Democracy. Time we recovered our Sovereignty.

Well, According to Blair 23 June 2007

Well, According to Blair and Brown, There is No Going Back. Ever Onward Ever Deeper Into Europe. Ever Closer to Brussels. Ever Downward to the Bottom.

As someone said on the TV, this morning, "it is what the people of Europe want". That might be so. But I see no, or at least not very much enthusiasm, for more of that bloody nonsense from Brussels. Whoever was doing the talking went on about the "problems", the "worries" the things that "bothered" the people of Europe.

Let us start from the top. Problems. Worries. Bothersome Things. Really thats just three, but there are a mountain of problems. And there is only one simple answer. But this agreement is no solution.

The problems that worry and bother me, across the whole of Europe and the United Kingdom in particular, is the fact that Democracy and Politics have been Corrupted Absolutely and many people in Authority appear Dishonest and Treacherous.

And the reason for this bad feeling is clear. Not only have 27 Sovereign Countries pooled their entire History and customs and way of life. From the Baltic to the Mediterranean, from the Ukraine to the Atlantic, the Sovereignty of those 27 Countries is also forfeit. The Countries of Europe are surrendering their Sovereignty for a mess of Pottage.

You do understand what comes next I suppose? A European Economy, a European System of Taxation and Tony Blair, President of The Republic of Europe. Never mind, they all get a turn, G Brown is second in line. (Well those that live long enough get a turn.)

As I said three paragraphs back, there is only one sure and simple answer to being hijacked like this.
Once these awful ignorant "leaders" Betray the people as they are doing and have done in the past, we, the Subjects of this Sovereign Monarchy have every right to defend ourselves.

The Taxpayers must take control of Taxation and deprive these maggoty creatures of any funding. We can start again, from the Parish Council and construct a new Sovereign Democracy.

Roll Up Roll Up, Any More For The Skylark?             28 June 2007

Looking at, and Listening to this "new" Westminster circus, it sound more and more like a days outing or a boat ride. Can you believe the nonsense that is taking place?

How long it will last before a collapse, is anyone’s guess. The Global Economy is beginning to look very fragile in parts and some people are going to have to take a hit. Mortgages and personal debt, that is Gordon's methods of expanding the economy, look as if they will soon be a miserable head ache for a lot of people.

I have posted here and on "shout99", as well as other Websites, that you can change the system of Taxation, you can recover your Sovereignty and once again return to a system of governance that is in the interest of the British people. Not a system that takes on all comers at the expense of the indigenous population and their hard earned income.

Enough is enough. If you want to change the way Westminster has allowed the Welfare State and all of Whitehall to corrupt the Mother of Parliaments, first you have to change the way you agree to be Employed and are paid. From there it is just a matter of removing all the Revenue from Central Government. Believe me, it is a very simple manoeuvre and there is nothing the Government can do to stop you, absolutely nothing.

“And now this Government are going to Take Your Money Straight Out of Your Bank Account. Whether you like it or not".

No argument, you owe this money and the Government are just going to take it out of your Bank Account. "Wallop" your Bank Account has been raided.

Are you going to stand for that???

Now that we have abandoned all but a few scraps of Sovereignty to Brussels, we are being told, by Brussels, that we must not be nasty to the Muslim Terrorists, we must not call them "Islamist" or "Fundamentalists". It looks like a lot of European Politicians are counting on the votes of Immigrants, Terrorist or Muslim, to stay in power. (Jack Straw being one.)

Well, you know my opinion. Change the system of Employment
and the way you are paid. Do what the very Rich do. Stop paying Direct Taxation. Only this time, Legally remove yourself from the Westminster system of Taxation and put in place your own system.

If all you Employers and all you Employees, just do as I suggest, by the end of the year Westminster and Whitehall will not have the power to raise another penny of Taxation. You, the Taxpayers will be telling that lot of Useless Articles at Parliament, how much money you are going to allow them. The spending of Tax Revenue will be what you want it to be. And that will be less than £100 Billion if you say that is what you are going to pay. Have you listened to Frank Field talking on the subject? He would be about the first person to recruit if you want to justify the Welfare State. Or justify giving control of the Welfare and Social Service, to the Taxpayer. It is their money, so they have every right to insist on how it is spent. No More Free Bloody Rides. Join it and contribute, or leave.

Well, Gordon Brown and the Labour Party are looking for "change", don't disappoint them. Just get your Change in first leaving them no room to manoeuvre.

On the 17th. of July is the next Parish Council meeting and it would be ideal if the subject could be tackled and a start made on Recovering our Sovereignty and rebuilding democracy from the bottom up.

O What A Tangled Web We Weave * * * * * *               08 July 2007

When this Government came to power in 1997, the Immigration limits were set a 80,000 a year by Visa only. Even in ten years only small change occurred and that didn't take account of those that left and went home.

But this was not to the liking of the "New Labour" Government. First Jack Straw and then David Blunkett, started to dismantle the system. It goes all the way back to the 1970s when Terry Wogan, on Radio 2, used to take the juice out of Politics with his remarks about "Gatport Airwick and the Indian Immigration system operated there". Anyone landing at Gatwick could, for a consideration, get an Entry Visa
and a work permit, no trouble. At least one of the Immigration Staff was imprisoned for the Fraud.

I was watching the antics of some of the people on Television this morning, waffling on about "Fifteen Years of Terrorism" the British people have to endure before there is any chance of an end to it.

These are the same people, who, since 2001 and that Election. And June 3rd. 2007, the last Election, has seen the Voting Population increase by a Staggering Twelve Million Voters. These are the same Politicians and Officials who have been responsible for every step of the way. They couldn't stop a Bloody 'Bus.

First you have to take the money away from Politics. Next you have to take the money away from Immigrants, plus all the other benefits. Did I hear or read, that the Taxpayer is going to anti up and pay good money to teach Imams their job? I begin to wonder if it is a crash course on explosives or some such useful subject. And while I'm at it, how is it that the Muslim Religion can claim Benefits for their Preachers, but no other Religion can?

Now if you are going to put a stop to Terrorism, you don't, "House, Feed and Pay", your enemy because of their "Human Rights". You bloody well shoot them.

Have you all forgotten that it was Westminster and that bunch of useless Politicians, who between them, created this Bloody mess?

Until you get the sticky fingers of Party Politics out of the pot, you will continue to be over-run with Muslim Terror.

The first mention of Mohammed that I can find, in my limited number of books, is 625AD, reciting the Koran is mentioned. (I always knew reading could be bad for you. My Dad always said that the only reading necessary was the "Race Card".)

Now I sometime wish I had taken that advice. Only yesterday,
for once, a British News Paper came as close to the truth as anyone has ever come since 1997. John Major was bad, and deserved his disgrace. But many of those who were accessories in the Major years, are still there with their dirty fingers still in the "Pie".

One of them is Heseltine, him of the "Dome" and other disasters. Then there is Portaloo, Heseltines bag carrier. And of course, Clarke, Ken of the Chancellor-ship the only man who needed six economists to keep him on the straight and narrow. Complete waster. Wasn't he at Education, Home Office and the Chancellors Office? I might be wrong about Home Office.

Leo McKinstry almost said it, "Gordon Brown our new Prime Minister, is a bit of a scoundrel".

The Labour Government and Westminster between them, are the biggest threat to Great Britain. Our Sovereignty and our Democracy. To say nothing about our Freedom or our Economic ability to trade as is best for our Economy and in the interest of All the Population of Great Britain.

"Our new Prime Minister is a classic example. For months Gordon Brown has been trumpeting his attachment to British values. He claims he wants to see the Union flag flying over public buildings and has called for a national day when we can all celebrate our British identity. Coming from the head of a Government that has done so much to destroy the integrity of Britain, this is hard to stomach. Mr. McKinstry goes on to the massive influx of migrants. Well, in 1999, I had a letter from K G Stringer, at Future Business Security. Room GW53, Quarry House, Leeds. LS2 7UA
This was a unit of the DSS that had some control over imigrants and at the time the numbers were restricted to 80,000 a year. The trouble was, the system was being broken down by Westminster, Jack Straw and then David Blunkett. In the break-up, immigrants were moving around all over the place and making multipule claims for Benefit. Kevin Stringer and I, talked of ways to put a stop to this. It wasn't rocket science but it would have needed the claimant to attend the office to collect the money. I was told in no uncertain words, that this was Politically sensitive and discriminatory. I understand the Politicians and the senior civil servants put a block on it.

As Chancellor, Brown had a direct role in the explosion in immigration by relaxing the rules on work permits, claiming in his 1999 Budget that the economy would be boosted by "making it easier" for foreigners to come here.

If you look at the BBC, figures for the electoral roll, you will see that the registered voters in 2001 were 27 Million voters. The number of working Taxpayers was 28 Million.

Then jump to the year, 2007, 3rd. May
The registered voters were 39 Million voters.
The number of working Taxpayers was 29 Million.
That doesn’t look as if it has done the economy any good whatsoever. It looks to me as if the poor Bloody Taxpayers have just had another load of Expenses tipped all over them.
I have been on about these figures for the last six or seven weeks, but I’m the only one interested.

These are all published figures. We seem to have had an increase of some Twelve Million people and yet the number of Taxpayers has only increased by ONE Million? How Bloody come????

And now this bunch of useless Pretend Politicians, has declared that it is about to take the power to enter your Bank Account and strip out any money it deems that you owe the state. It gets better. Taxation is going to increase. Are you still in this game?? Or do you want I new pack of cards and a new set of rules??

Can you ever imagine any of the Politicians of today, advocating a reduction of money going to the Treasury???????
Every day when they awake, they are looking for other ways to spend more of Your money. Enough of this Rubbish.

On the 20th. October this year, Trafalgar day, I intend to hold a meeting here in Norfolk, with the intention of putting before you the proposition of you joining those very Rich people who only ever pay Local Council Taxation. I see no reason why only some are afforded that privilege and not others. I want the same system for everyone.

My concept is that a threshold of £500 each week should be the beginning. From there it should be the single Tax Rate of 10% on all earned income. From that point, it is advisable for a group or committee to offer suggestions on Health Services and what should be other Public services paid for as a Collective Group but the service provided as a private service.

To that end I have asked for advice and help from quite a large group of Organisations who have some sympathy with the idea of Direct Taxation being a function of the Taxpayer. It is my contention that Politicians are adept when demanding Taxpayers money and less than proficient when spending Taxpayers money. But useless at earning money or paying Taxation.

And now the list of Organisations who "were" sympathetic and provided moral support for my attempt to change the system of Direct Taxation in this Country. It is my concern, and it should be the concern of every Taxpayer, that their money is not wasted on immoral or frivolous or promiscuous behaviour.
I see no reason for the Taxpayer to be held responsible for the dissolute life of another or the care and provision of any offspring. (Now That List).

The Bruges Group.com Freedom 2 Choose. Adam Smith Institute. Civitas. (They are not sure if they still agree. Yet Robert Whelan was the second person to advise me to go on. That was Five years ago). Then there is, Policy Exchange. The Freedom Association. The Taxpayers Alliance. Reform. The EDP24.co.uk and direct-democracy.co.uk and more.

All of these people are interested, but I do not claim any of them are committed to my cause at this time. I'll keep trying.

Tomorrow I must add the details of what is needed to make this change. I did write to Gordon Brown about this some years ago. The Inland Revenue sent me a letter and a copy of IR56, Employed or self-employed? Soon after that the lady I had contact with, went on maternity leave and there was no other person who was capable of understanding a simple question. Time for bed. Referendum We Need Is For A Return Of Sovereignty           22 August 2007

As Politicians are determined to avoid a Referendum on the EU Constitution or for the Return of the Peoples Sovereignty, I see no reason to support the Payment of Direct Taxation.

What we are experiencing now, today is not Democracy or any elective system of Governance. What we have is a system of "New World Order".

This is concept that was spawned by the New Labour" Politicians and Lord Giddens. In any normal elective State, this would be a bastardised One Party State. A Fraud. After a Judge heard evidence of vote rigging after the 2005 General Election, he called it, or that part of it, so fraudulent as to shame a Banana Republic. What more is there to say about Britain?

Abandon Westminster and Whitehall. It is perfectly proper and Legally
possible to just walk away and ignore them. You can arrange t have your money paid to you just as Geoffrey Robinson does. You remember, Blair's first Paymaster General. One of Maxwell's finance Directors I believe. Keeps £12 Million in the Channel Islands to avoid Taxation.

Globalization Sinks Westminster & Whitehall.                   08 Sept 2007

During the 2005 General Election Campaign, Polly Toynbee was on one of the BBC, Campaign Programmes. Her usual waffle about Social Policy and the Welfare State, her disappointment with the standard of
Politicians and the lack of any grown-up Policy and I had to agree with her. Probably for the first time in my life. She was spot on as far as I could see.

And then again, a day or so later, Tony Benn was making the same sort of remark. "Politics and Politicians have come to an end. There is no new direction no new Policy. No future for Westminster or Parliament. Tony Benn saying that Parliament and the Westminster Village should be pensioned off? Don't forget, this is 2005, when even
old Labour hands are admitting Party Politics are no longer relevant, the Power has now moved out of Westminster and over to Brussels.

And then on the 1st September this year on BBC, Radio 4. At midday, Polly Toynbee turns up again and makes an identical statement. Two
years on from 2005, and the pattern of our future is now beginning to emerge.

Could it be anything to do with the way Finance and Politics have collided? The change in the Labour Party approach to capitalism and open market Globalisation, would only be acceptable in a Nationalised
Financial Market surely. And one way or another, that means a Single System of Taxation on a World Wide scale. There would then need to be a Local measure of Taxation as well.

From where I'm sitting, it seems to me that Politics and High Finance have joined forces to run the World regardless of any Voters or Elections. My opinion is-: For the time being, it is decided that London is to be the Centre of the Global Financial Market, but that is because New York is too well regulated, where London is more in favour of any dodgy trade. And remember also, Hedge, as in Hedge Fund means "dodgy".

I did put a posting on Action Network on the 12th. of August, about the "Fragile" Global Economy, it is awaiting "moderation". So today I have removed a part of the posting that might have been the problem.

The only answer to all of this nonsense, is to do as I have been suggesting ever since 1996, when I wrote to Barclays Bank, I did have an agreement with them on the subject of Card Security.

Professor Peter Cochrane, BTs head of Technology and Research for many years, was not to happy with the way things turned out either. I do not know Prof. Cochrane's opinion, but I always said that it is impossible to secure any Electronic Exchange, on an open public service system. To secure information absolutely, a closed system is required. Back in 1994, the cost of a closed system was £700/£800 Million. I even costed it for them. And then I passed it on to the POCL. Basil Shall, at POCL, used that figure of mine to put before the DSS, to establish the cost of the change over from the "Pathway" payment system at the Post Office, to the "Horizon" system. I do still have all of the correspondence. I am now looking at the Basil Shall letter, dated 29th. August 2000.

At this time Lord Inchyra (?) was head of the British Bankers Association and Charles Cougar was Head of Security at the American Bankers Association. I do still have his mobile 'phone number.

All of this correspondence is available to the BBC, if they want to see any of it. But in any case, just ask the APACS, I believe the records are still kept there and they go back to the year 1992.

I will wait to see what happens on Monday and Tuesday. I expect the Bank of England to add another sack-full of money to the economy. If only to bail out the Banks and Fund Managers. Me, I would let then drown in their own debt. And I would not be at all surprised to see one or two High Street Banks go with the Funds.

Credibility and Westminster Have Parted Company.                    08 Oct 2007

Now all those who like me, once believed in the integrity of Westminster and the House of Commons, and The Mother of Parliaments. Have absolutely NO excuse for taking part in any more "Banana Republic" Elections. Just about All of the MPs, have now sold out to another master. You, the "ordinary" people no longer count except to vote. It is time to withdraw our sanction, authorization, for Members of Parliament to continue freely to exercise the full Powers of a Democratic Government. And the only way you can rein in this nonsense from our "betters" in Westminster and Whitehall, is to use the system of employment where your money is paid to you Off-Shore without any "stoppages". People do this every day of the week and HMRC., allows it to carry on. It does need a small adjustment to the process so that you are legal and within the law. New Labour and their "Third Way" Policy, have created the problems of cheap money.

Gordon Brown thinks he has the Taxpayers tied up for the next Hundred Years, and the Taxpayers will pay off his extravagance with personal debt and other peoples money. But the wheels are now almost off the wagon. Any moment, another Bank is going to fail in some Country. That is why an Election is not a very good idea. Well I can tell you, if you want to take control of the Taxation and Public Service Spending, you, the working Taxpayers, can quite Legally set up your own system and just Ignore Westminster and Whitehall. That lot [Personal details removed by Moderator]have made the rules and regulations that PAYE, Taxpayers have to obey, in normal circumstances, but they have introduced "loopholes" for the benefit of High Earners to legally Avoid Taxation. The Treacherous Betrayal Of Our Sovereignty                    14 Oct 2007

Piece by piece, Westminster has given away our Right to Govern and Rule our own Country. And now on Friday 19th. October, I believe, Mr Gordon Brown goes to Brussels and gives away even more or our
"Freedoms" and Sovereignty.

And the saddest thing of all, is that Politics has won the day. You are now just a Tax Slave for Westminster and Whitehall. I remember in the past, when other Politicians tried to "Fix" Parliament, the House of Commons and the House of Lords, Members of all Parties objected and won the day.

Democracy across the whole of Europe is now so Corrupted that any Authority Members of Parliament might expect to have, is laughable. The Government tells them what to sanction or authorise and Vote for, and our legislature will comply.

Quite by accident, I became a Parish Councillor. They, the Parish Council, were one or two members short and I happened to be on hand and I volunteered.

Last Tuesday, 9th, October, at the Monthly meeting, I had a motion on the Agenda to "Object to the High Level of Council Tax". The Chairman more or less asked for a vote on the motion before any discussion had taken place. And my request to complain about the level of Taxation was defeated. This is starting at the very bottom of the system, to include all Parishioners and intending to pass to all Town and Parish Councils across the County of Norfolk. But a request by the Chairman puts a stop to it. I am now studying my options.

But my intention is to try to encourage all Taxpayers to abandon Central Government and Construct another System of Taxation. There is absolutely no Legal reason why the Working Taxpayers of this Country should not Legally Avoid Direct Taxation and form their own system of Public Service Funding on a local, County by County scale.

Let me know what you think, what I had in mind was a system built on Parish and Town Councils as the Collectors of Taxation.

Come on, there must be people out there who can improve on this.

COMMENTS

As one of Mr Flynn's fellow councillors, I attended the parish council meeting that Mr Flynn describes, and I object most strongly to Mr Flynn's misrepresentation of events. Mr Flynn suggests that his motion was "put a stop to" by the actions of a single individual. The implication of this is that his motion, which would otherwise have been passed, was stopped unjustly by one individual exceeding his authority.

Let me be clear - That is not what happened.

The reason that Mr Flynn's motion was not passed was that the overwhelming majority of his fellow councillors were in agreement that passing this motion would not be in the best interests of the parish. No vote was taken, no vote was necessary. The view of the council as a whole was entirely unambiguous, even to Mr Flynn.

This, unless I've missed something major, is how democracy is supposed to work. Mr Flynn is of course entitled to be disappointed at the lack of support for his motion and may indeed explore his other options, but he should not misrepresent events in this way. A parish council exists to serve the best interests of its parish, and not to be exploited as a vehicle for the promotion of an individual's personal agenda, even if that individual happens to be a council member.

Well thank you Mike Evans. As you know, I am a little deaf and it was certainly not explained that the Chairmans request for all members to say that they did Not want to discuss the Motion, Was not a vote to reject the Motion. You cannot just Remove the Item from the Agenda and pretend it wasn't there. So the nod of the head that you recorded, was a vote against the Motion.
Now, that was on the evening of October the 9th. Today is the 23rd. and I am still awaiting a copy of the minutes. I agree that my words might have been read as misrepresenting the Chairman, Graham Mills, but did you not say that you did not wish to go ahead with this point after Mr. Mills said it would take Two Hours. And the time was then 9pm., or 9.30pm.?
It was a very simple question, could we not stand together and complain about the "High Level of Council Taxation in South Norfolk". It is a motion that would end its journey at Westminster. So instead of blaming our Local District Council or the County Council, Central
Government, that body who is responsible for Collecting Taxation and then allocating funds on a County by County Basis, can be properly Blamed as those responsible for so many old people in Norfolk,
and other Counties, being caused much Distress.
And if you think that makes my Objection unworthy, why not say so and have your view recorded.

In addition to that, how about this for bloody nonsense.

It is reported in the Express News Paper that, "The wives of three Muslim terror suspects, fighting strict controls on how they spend state benefits, have been given the go-ahead to take their case to the House of Lords.

The women, who are not suspects, have to account for how they spend annual state handouts of up to £29,000 each."

Now my wife, who apart from looking after two children, spent her working life paying Tax and NIC. Her reward for a life of "Playing the Game " and obeying the system, is a wonderful, Majestic Pension of £66. a week. And that includes 12Pence a week for Graduated Pension.
Need I, or anyone else for that matter, Complain about the Bastardisation of the Welfare State. Or complain at a snotty little Parish Council Meeting. (The Authorities have curtailed your remit to actually "serve" your Parish or Town.)
It is the system that is wrong and I can see a chance to do something about it. And I'm going to.

Parish and Town Councils should not be touching their forelock to all and sundry, I think they should be setting the Agenda for the people and sending a signal to the Government of the day. Whatever Party.

It looks as if I owe you an apology. Having read your initial post I had assumed that you were deliberately misrepresenting the events of our meeting, but reading your follow-up it seems as more likely that you merely misheard the proceedings.

However, since there is now an inaccurate description of our discussions on a public forum, I feel it's important to set the record straight.

Your motion was definitely discussed, and was most certainly not removed from the agenda, although I must acknowledge that there was not a great deal of discussion necessary. Although I don't presume to have read the chairman's mind, it seemed to me as though was doing what he ought, in that he had observed that there was a general agreement amongst the councillors and took action to firm that agreement into a decision. He did ask us specifically if anyone wanted to discuss it further, and no-one did - not even yourself.

This is not the same as asking people to agree not to discuss a motion which was on the agenda, nor as indicating any kind of time-limit to any discussion.

Having stated his assessment that the general consensus among the council was against passing your motion, the chairman looked for agreement from those present that his assessment was correct. I'm entirely prepared to go 'on the record' and state that my 'nod' was in agreement with him, and I didn't see anyone disagree either. If you want to describe that as a vote I'll not argue. The point is that your motion was given as much discussion as the council felt was necessary to come to a decision.

I hope that this has all been an unfortunate misunderstanding, and that as a council we can take steps to ensure that those who have difficulty hearing the proceedings are given the assistance necessary to prevent this kind of thing happening again.

I must admit, the misunderstanding was all mine. But then my concern was not so much the overhanging trees along Green Lane, but the amount of Taxation the Parishioners will be required to pay this coming year.

And it is a question that should be directed to Central Government. It is after all Westminster that has caused this nonsense and that is the Link that must be destroyed.
Some years ago, I was asked by Lord Sandy Bruce-Lockhart to explain the Fraud and Criminal activity of the Whitehall Administration. I pointed out the fraud within the Asylum and Immigration Unit at the DSS regarding, Housing Benefit. Also the Fraud in the Unemployment Benefit Payments. This Fraud, allows some claimants to receive £2/3 or even £5,000 each week in benefits because of the ability to move from address to address.
In the late 1990s, Kevin Stringer of "Future Business Security", a DSS Unit in Leeds, and myself suggested some changes to prevent most, if not all of this fraud, intending to prevent the TaxPayers money being stolen..
What was the reply from Whitehall and Westminster?
Your methods are "Extreme" and "Politically Sensitive".
And remember, at this time, the maximum immigration allowed was just 80,000. I'll leave you to check the amount of TaxPayers money used to supply Benefits and costs for Immigration and Asylum. But you can be sure it will be only half of the £145 to £155 Billion
that are now required.
Sorry Mike, I know this is not Parish Council business, but it does affect every Parishioner and every Household cost.
My intention is to cut , cut and cut again until the State Pension Pot is dry. Why should Old Age Pensioners, Who Stood To, and saved this Country in 1914/18 and again in 1939/45, be asked to Sacrifice the very end of their extraordinary lives, so full of History making events, for the sake of some second rate political give away by half-arsed politicians not fit to be used as snot rags by the "ordinary people" of the '30s, 40s and 50s and even into the 60s plus all those that came before. Think about this lot at Westminster and remember all those that never came back, never had a vote on the EU. or so many other items of "policy". Such as our Sovereignty.
When William Hague was leader of the Conservative Party, I asked him if his hand shook when he laid the Party Wreath at the Cenotaph.
No Mike, time people such as you, and others who sit at the tables in the Parish Halls across the Country, took your place in the Governance of our Country. Westminster wants to give away our blood stained history. Our past glories are built on the sacrifice of so many young lives
it is obscene to ignore that part of History.
