The NHS, Is The Catalyst To Expose The Rotten Garbage Of Westminster.

Campaign Aims

On Thursday, March the 17th. 2005, this Government published the figures for the Budget to run from 6th of April 2005 until the 5th of April 2006. Funding for the NHS, or more properly, DoH, was set at £90 Billion. The Government are short some £20 Billion to £30 Billion. For the last two or three years I have been worrying our Local NHS, about the size of their Budget. They claim that they don't know. I get all sorts of excuses from them but I really do think that they have no idea what money they have to spend. Norfolk, you see, is just about 1% of the whole population. As such, it should have had £900.000.000, to pay for the six PCT. It was announced that Doctors were being paid £1000. a week. Then a few weeks later, it was said that Doctors were being paid £2000 a week. Then again, yesterday, it was said that some Doctors were being paid £5000 a week. All this in a 16, to 20 week time span. I don't know about you, but to me, I smell Panic. Again yesterday, Tony Blair on TV., sweating like a pig. Panic. Wait until you see the DSS., Budget. That is now £218 Billion at least. Have a look at last years HM.

Treasury figures Social Protection £146 Billion. Personal social services £23 Billion. Other £49 Billion. I stopped at that, but there is more, Housing and environment £16 Billion. Now, there is one cost we, or you the Taxpayers, could cut at one go. This cost is never Published. It amounts to a small step when measured against last years massive £519 Billion. It is the £20 Billion that is required just for Westminster and Whitehall to exist, never mind all the other costs that they impose on the Taxpayers. I have spent some years on this project, and I have built up a lot of support and sympathy. People at the Treasury and at the Inland Revenue, gave me a lot of help, and I must say, the Inland Revenue still give me advice when it is needed. I have established that it is Legal to change the traditional method or practice of Employment, or Work Contract, so that PAYE, and other Direct Taxation, demands, can be "ignored". The only Taxation that can, Legally be levied, would be Local Taxation. I see no reason why the "Little People," Taxpayers, should not be allowed to start their own Services. Collect their own Dues, and Spend their own Money on a Welfare Society, based on a Local construct. Westminster and Whitehall would be excluded from this concept, and so would every Political Party. The only Public Funding they should get, is a one off payment to go away and get lost. They are no longer of any use whatsoever.

There are times when I have written, "I", that is because I take any blame it that is to be our lot. But it should be understood, there are more than one involved. And then, if it should happen that enough people join us in this endeavour, an International Institution, has been generous in the extreme, and promised to provide the funding required.
