The NHS, Is The Catalyst To Expose The Rotten Garbage Of Westminster.
Again the BBC., is being told untrue NHS., stories 22 April 06
The on line BBC., Home Page, News, has a report that mentions the CBI., and the NHS., and PFI. Well now, this is very misleading from my point of view. Have a look at the Eastern Daily Press, report on NHS., refinancing. The other question that the BBC., should ask is, "What is the time scale of these mortgages?" When you take the trouble to ask, as I did, you will find it is Not twenty, not thirty or even forty Years duration. You will find that the time scale is a minimum of Sixty years. The Hospital I am thinking of now, was supposed to cost £700 Million. Its actual cost, when paid for in 2060 or 61, will be a massive £2400 million.
What you are seeing today, is Gordon Brown, and this Government, mortgaging this Country, well into the years of 2100. Possibly to the year, 2150 or beyond. People not yet born, and even their Children, will still be paying for our Stupidity today, long, long long after we are dead and buried.
Last week, John Burt, one time BBC DG., was asked by a committee of MPs, "What were the three things you can look at and say, I did that?" His answer, at first, was "Well I was on Desert Island Disc's" His answer should have been, "I was part of the No. 10 staff, who put the Country into Hock for the next 100 years or so."
If anyone wants me to, I'll fax them the NHS., papers with the honest truth about this. They are available if you ask in the right place.

There are more postings on the "Taxation" thread. But this Money trouble at the NHS, I have tried to find out some bits and pieces, about funding, but it is never the same twice. The Local Hospital now seems to have paid out another £116 million, for construction. But there is no clear justification for the payment. Well non I can see. The Politicians are walking round in circles saying, "Crisis. What Crisis?"
It would appear that the whole of Westminster and Whitehall, is on the very verge of collapse. Gordon Brown had £519 Billion, last year. And it has all gone. So much of it, written off as total waste. And we can look forward to the same this year.
Abandon Central Government, set up your own Local Authority and your own system of Taxation. And it is Legal. Regards, ATF.

Again the Home Page Rejects My Comments 24 April 06
The BBC, Home Page, News, is asking for feedback on a NHS, story. So I point out how some people are making Millions of Pounds ££, sacking nurses one day, hiring them the next, and supplying the NHS on the third day. It has been going on for many years but the NHS, is now at a point where the number of Agency Nurses is probably greater than direct employed nurses. The cost is horrendous. But it's only money. Taxpayers Money. So there's nothing to worry about then.
Last year, Sir John Bourne of the N.A.O., said that the NHS would only last another five years. I think a few more people are out to make their Millions before it's too late.
It is the same everywhere. Compensation for wrongful imprisonment is to be reduced. All that means is that there will be more money for members of the Legal Community to share.
ENOUGH all ready.
Get rid of the whole Rotten Corrupted bunch of them and start again with a clean piece of paper. You Do Not Have To Put Up With This. You can abandon Westminster and Whitehall. And you can start again on a Local System of Authority. Based on what you want. With the Judiciary and Officers you want. And Paying tne Taxation you want to pay.
What I am proposing, is Properly Legal. It is yours to take.

Superb, Daily Politics prog'. But This Time? 25 April 06
The title was cut short. The programme was short on the welfare budget by at least a few Billion Pounds £. But that is part of the trouble. Last year, March the 17th, the Treasury published figures for the year, that was the Governments, Spending Programme. If, as has happened, the Government changes these figures, reducing them by some Billions I believe, no Local NHS service or PCT, has a chance of sticking to any spending plan. And this is not just the NHS, most of Government spending was "Trimmed".
Globalisation has caused most Countries financial problems. On the 1st of January this year I posted my opinion that all Power and Energy prices were about to increase. My suggestion was, by the end of this year, not the fourteen weeks it actually took. What to look out for now is the fluctuations in currency values. Gordon Brown, and just about all of Europe, have fiddled the Inflation figures. The only thing holding the Economy together, is the amount of currency the Government is Printing. And the Bank Of England is handing around to banks, so that they will lend it to the mugs, the punters. And Mervyn King, Governor of the Bank, can complain about the level of debt.
One other thing Andrew Neil said, at least twice, "it's our money." Democracy, Flogged to Death. Funeral Very Soon. 06 May 06
I wanted to put, "Funeral Date to be Announces.", but I ran out of room. Well Now. What do you make of last Thursday? Only 36% Turnout. Remove the, "Postal Vote." and you are down to something like, 20% turnout. So you lot in Westminster and Whitehall, your days are numbered.
By the way, Action Network, (must get short version of that.) Once again, "Have Your Say", has knocked back two or three of my postings. This time, I made a show of including your BBC, title in a prominent fashion. More so than usual. Almost every time I mention you "Have Your Say", gives my input the knock back. What ever have you been doing to upset them so?
Back to the reason why I Logged On. Thursday the 4th. of May, was, in my humble opinion, the final day of our Parliamentary Democracy. From here on, the first week of May 2006, The House Of Commons, has lost any Authority to Command Respect or Obedience from the general public. The Sovereignty of Parliament was given away without a fight by Ted Heath. Little bits of it, Sovereignty, have remained. But today, Parliament is no more than a Joke. And a bad one at that.
Go to my "Links", and you will find out that it is proposed that Westminster’s Power over Direct Taxation, is taken away and that you, the Taxpayer, take control of your own Finances. You will also see, that we have enlisted an Army of helpers,( well OK, more like Leaders than helpers.) to put together again, a Taxpayers, System of Taxation. Paid on a Local Authority System, and spent on a Local Authority System.
What you see Today is a Corrupted System of Government, where 70% to 80%, of the people live on Benefits, Tax Credits, Incapacity Benefit, yes, only 30% of the population get NO financial help directly. A sick, sad society. Change it. Instead of the sick corrupted Welfare State, abandon that way. Go for a much brighter, Welfare Society. Where you, the Taxpayer is in Control. Early this morning, I was half watching the TV news and drinking a cup of tea, when I heard the words, "NHS, and Doctors. I sat and listened. The man on the box was asked about the, "Overspend of £90 million. He carried on with a lot of nonsense and waffle and then he said the most amazing thing I believe I have ever heard from a man in Government. I don't know if he was Elected, or just employed, but this, this, this, person, sat there without a care in the world, and said, "£90 million is irrelevant, of no consequence." I thought that the Poor old bloody Taxpayer, was bound to agree with that. After all, £90 Million is just pocket money these days.
Join Me and others, Take the money away from these Wasters, these Useless Time Servers. Put the lot out to grass on the same State Pension as I get, £167 a week for two. That’s all they are worth. Still, Keep Smiling, it might never happen. Regards,ATF.

Tuesday morning and the BBC Breakfast News has announced that an "Old Lady" can reclaim the cost of an operation she was forced to have abroad. Then I picked up yesterdays newspaper and read that there is to be an "inquiry" into the apparent theft of £430 million of Taxpayers Money by Civil Servants. Sir John Bourn from the NAO, is to head the inquiry. At least they have got an honest and believable Man to Head Up the Job. That’s a first. Almost.
One Old Lady, has to pay to get hospital treatment Civil Servants stealing Taxpayers Money. And they have an inquiry. Some years ago, the NAO, said that the DSS budget was losing about £12 Billion to fraud, bad management, and general incompetence. That was an estimate.

My Posting on Charles William’s Campaign. 12 May 06
Charles William’s has started a Campaign on changing the Voting Paper, to include a section explaining why you are not voting. The Campaign is called, Voter Apathy. Protest Vote. Right or Left Swing. I can assure you, it is worth a look. All these Campaigns are worth viewing.
That worthless lot, Flower Power, Waccy Baccy Generation now in Government here, and in other parts of the World, are causing Havoc, Mayhem even, in this once Tranquil and Law-abiding Gentle Society. One Hundred Murders a year, not that long ago. Now? The Murder rate is Sixty or more each Month. And I'm being conservative about that.
There is only one answer. Take the Bloody Money Away from Westminster.
Come on, you Little People, the Taxpayers. The Great Unwashed. The "Ordinary People." Join up and tell that lot in Parliament just what you really think of them. Turn the tables. Take their Pension away from them.
You know it makes sense.

We Have been Here Before. Today's "News" is Old Ha 21 May 06
"Hello." you've been at it again haven't you. I can't post a title.
Well now, Today's Headlines are not new, but they are very suprising. Andrew Marr, going on about the Home Office in a most unkind way on his "AM", show. Or so it seemed.
The Title was to be, "Today's "News" is Old Hat. All, or at least, most of the news has been around before. I believe there could be another Story yet to break. And my guess is that it is Money. Tax Money to be precise. A short while ago, it was announced that the NAO., and another, I'm sorry, I forget the name, are to investigate a missing £400 Million, and more, from a government Department. I believe that is HMRC. Only a short while ago, 27/02/2006, the BBC published a report by David Varney, that at least £15 Million had in fact been stolen by Revenue Staff. I do have the Print out on that.
It isn't only HMRC, the DSS, are even more corrupt. I telephoned a contact in the NAO, a year or two back, and was told that the waste and Fraud in the DSS, was Estimated at £12 Billion. The report went to the House Of Commons, committee and they reduced the figure to £8 Billion. I did write to the Chairman of a Large Bank with this story, and I believe I wrote to ,Sir Sandy Bruce-Lockhart as well.
The point is, my suggestion that the "Power of Direct Taxation Be Removed From Westminster and Whitehall." Is now the ONLY option. Me? I'm an old man, I don't pay any tax, I live entirely off the State. But not by choice.
