If enough employees and their employers, would agree, it is possible and properly legal to arrange for an agency to take on the responsibility of paying the wages and remuneration of all members of the workforce. Payments would be made in such a manner that the Inland Revenue or National Insurance, would have no claim on your money. This is legal, the Treasury have told me so. It is then up to the employee and the employer to construct another system of taxation. Paying a flat rate of 10% on earnings over £300 each week. This taxation is to be paid to a Local Authority, but you must never again let any elected Politician have any say in the amount, or rate of taxation. That is the taxpayers responsibility. All services that might be required would be paid for on an individual basis. There is, of course, far more to Public Finance than just this. But it is not my place to dictate terms, the rules are the property of the payers of taxes. The only thing I have to offer, is the means and knowledge, to show you how to make a start.
