THE TAXPAYERS SYSTEM OF TAXATION.
BASED ON THE PARISH AND TOWN COUNCIL.

PASSED TO THE DISTRICT & COUNTY COUNCIL
I would suggest a system of Taxation should be based on what people are prepared to pay, rather than what we now have which is based on how much money the Government wants to spend. And it is my contention that the working TaxPayer and his dependents have first claim on the TaxPayers income. In which case a generous threshold should be the first concern of all. As the cost of living is ever upwards, a cost of £500 a week today, is only a starting point. But again, once Taxation begins to roll back, the cost of living will fall in proportion.
I take it that now, everyone has seen the extent of the Bank of England's independence? Some independence, some Bank. Once again, I believed the Governor of the Bank, was in control of Banking. It was the same with WMD. I didn't think for one moment the Government would lie about such a thing. How wrong can you be?
That is why the TaxPayer must change the system. Everything these useless Politicians have touched these last ten years, has gone wrong and cost you, every one of you, a fortune. Change the system and have done with Westminster.
